How to suppress Access Accept Attributes for Microsoft IAS-Radius

Hi , i'm try to connect to our vpn ( experimental ) through our radius server
( windows 2003 ent ) .
our provider say that MS attributes in Access Accept are rejected from their
APN and the connection Failed .

I 'm be able to suppress the class attributes (i have changed class
attributes boolean string to FALSE ) , but i cannot suppress MS LINK
UTILIZATION THRESHOLD,MS LINK DROP TIME LIMIT,MPPE ENCRYPTION POLICY , MPPE
ENCRYPTION TYPE .
Can you help me ? these attributes are "by design" ?
