Which attribute is used to distinguish different connections?

| Hi all,
Since RADIUS uses UDP which is a connection-less protocol, I want to know
which attribute is used by IAS or other RADIUS server to distinguish
different
connections?
Is it calling-station-id? User-name? State?
Thank you in advance,
Mike
