EAP-TLS design criteria for certificates
|
|
| Rainer Sinsch 2004-03-08, 8:35 am |
| Hello everyone,
Does anyone have information about the requirements for certificates used
with EAP-TLS in IAS:
Where does the username/real name/etc have to be located in the certificate
(S=, O=,G=,...)? And what is beeing verified in the authentication process
(aside for the validation of the certificate)? I guess there are some strict
design criteria for these certificates and the Active Directory
User-structure.
Thanks in advance

| Certificate requirements are listed in online help for Windows 2003 IAS.
The Windows 2003 IAS help files are also available online at
http://www.microsoft.com/ias
Thanks.
