802.1x PEAP authentication problem
|

| Guys,
We are running PEAP on Windows 2000 and XP amchines, to isolate user's
to different VLANs based on credentials. We are trying to isolate
on-domain machines from the vendor machines. We are doing machine
authentication and AuthMode key is set to 2. Some Dell machines are
going to guest-vlan automatically without sending any packets from
machine name authentication to cisco Radius server. There are 4 Dell
machines that are doing this, most others we tested are behaving fine
by sending the machines to proper VLAN. I was wondering if anyone had
insight on this issue on why 802.1x packets are not going to Cisco
Radius server.
Thanks,
Jay

| Since this is not an IAS issue, I would suggest you contact cisco for help.
But generally speaking, this might be a firmware issue with your wireless
card. Check to get the latest firmware from Dell's site
