How to obtain Iassam.dll 5.2.3790.206

Hi there ,
Does anyone know how to obtain iassam.dll extension
5.2.3790.206 to fix the bug KB883659. We are deplöying 3 win 2003 servers
with 3 IAS and cisco 1200 Aironet and in log file written : No state
attribute present .... then creating a new session. It seems
misunderstanding between MS IAS and Cisco

Please help
