Detailed documentation on IAS

| Hello all,
Is there some advanced documentation material available that explains the
intricacies of IAS, that has some code sample for extending IAS, ... ?
Something that goes beyond the web site? Something Sam maybe uses as his
bible ? Or even better, Sam's personal notes :-)

All the documentation is either in help or online. Just search MSDN for IAS
SDK for how to make extension DLLs

I'm looking for more than extending IAS. I'm also looking for some
*tricks*... I know there are some, I'd just want to know more of them ;-)
