Hi Eric,
Do you happen to have a step by step summary to do such(or perhaps a technical tips URL that you came across)? I'm familiar with the concept but never done it before.

| On the device you just need to go into or create the wireless profile where
you need PEAP setup. In the "Network Key" tab you select "WPA" for the
authentication and then tap the 802.1x tab and change "EAP type" to PEAP.
Make sure you have your root CA cert installed on the device.
