I am trying to configure a MS IAS and CA server to authenticate windows XP
users on my wireless LAN. I am getting this error when trying to associate a
certificate for PEAP. The error I get is this: "A certificate could not be
found that can be used wtih this Extensible Autentication Protocol".

How do I generate / install that certificate on my CA/IAS server?

Hi there --

You configure the cert on the CA using Certificate Templates, and then
autoenroll the certificate to IAS servers.

The cert that you configure must meet the minimum server certificate
requirements described in the Help topic "Network access authentication and
certificates" in Windows Server 2003 IAS or VPN Help, or on the web at
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pr...03/library/Serv
erHelp/9d8b61c9-a870-4627-a8f2-148625fd7fba.mspx

See this whitepaper for full instructions on how to do this:

Office or Small Organization Networks" at
