Ever since I've reinstalled Exchange and IIS, my server is
being used to send spam. I'm not sure how to stop this.
The settings in the relay, under the access tab, is set
to Only the list below and "allow all computers which
successfully authenticate to relay, regardless of the list
above. I have tried unchecking the latter and adding in
our server. But it doesn't help anything.

Furthermore, If I choose 'only the list below' on
the 'connection' button..and add the server, I cannot
recieve any mail.

On the authentication button, if I uncheck anonymous
access I cannot recieve any mail.

If i leave the setting that all may access the server, but
only my server, named alpha, can relay through the server
and uncheck the option to allow all computers which
sucessfully authenticate to relay, then I still get spam.

On the outbound security, under the delivery tab, I have
anonymous access checked. If I move it to basic
authentication and use administrator, I still get spam. If
I use integrated windows authentication, I still get spam.

If my outbound security is using integrated windows
support, and my Access Control Authentication is set to
only accept integrated windows authentication, but neither
basic nor anonymous access, then it blocks spam...but I
can't recieve incoming messages from an outside source
such as hotmail.

One other issue...outbound mail flow either does not
work...or is extremely delayed.

Any thoughts?
