Someone is trying to send a message to my company and it
is bouncing back. They get this message:

<jaguar.campus.muc.prv #5.5.0 smtp;551 Message relaying to
this domain disabled>

Id the problem on my end or theirs? The server mentioned
above is their mail server.

Please Help

Theirs. They are trying to use an SMTP server that hasn't authorized
them for use, either through authentication or allowing relaying.
