Problem creating SMTP/x400 addresses in AD user profile

Hello,

Running Exchange 2000 in AD w/win2k standard server.Need
to create a user w/mailbox.After user is created,went to
Properties of that user to check e-mail addresses which
were suppose to show up after several minutes, and did not
find any info there.Created SMTP address manualy(no
problem),x400 could not create there was an error message
ID no:c10312ae and I have to enter info in ADMD field,type
a domain name for the x.400 site.Microsoft Active
Directory-Exchange Extension.
If anyone knows what it means and how to resolve this
issuue,I would appreciate your input on that.
