Hi. Please, can anyone help with this? I have two mail
servers running W2KSP3 EX2KSP2 in the same site. The
first is the PDC running AD. Second one was recently
added so that I could migrate the users from the old
server to this new one.

The problem I am encountering is with users on the old
server not receiving inbound mail from users on the new
server. All other mail delivery inbound/outbound works
fine. Here's the NDR:

The recipient could not be processed because it would
violate the security policy in force
<mailserv.mailserv.com #5.7.3 smtp;505 5.7.3 Must issue a
STARTTLS command first>

I haven't come across a post yet regarding the above but
under MS Exchange Server tips I read the
article "Administration Tip: Resolving Nondelivery
Reports Caused by 5.7.1 or 5.7.3 Errors". However, it
did not resolve my issue.

Appreciate any insight. Thank you!
