Thanks Ted! I've looked for just that article but didn't
have quite the right verbage I guess. My SMTP is having
the same problems that I've seen described several times
through out this newsgroup. Seems to have started around
SP3 and rollup downloads. I've done as the KB article
instructed, however, the queue remains full with Retrys.
I stopped and started the SMTP service but it didn't
purge what I thought it would. These are all messages
that have been "dropped by the remote server". I found a
message in one of the other rooms that spoke of an MX
record issue for such an occurance with Diagnostic
Logging or Network Monitoring, but I don't know how to
achieve either of those.
