| How do I get around having to type in the /exchange to access owa? For example can I use owa.microsoft.com instead of owa.microsoft.com/exchange?

| If OWA is the only website on your exchange server (which it really should
be...), then from IIS Admin and notepad, do the following.
In notepad, type the word redirect, and then save it as redirect.html.
Place this file in the wwwroot directory. In IIS Admin, go to the
properties of redirect.html, and set the content to "A redirection to a
URL". In the Redirect to: blank, type /exchange. Next, on the properties
of the default web site, go to the Documents tab, add redirect.html, and
place it at the top of the list. Now, every time you go to
http://server.domain.com, it should automatically redirect you to the
/exchange directory.
