IIS and SMTP - hotmail/aol

unable to send email with exchange 2000 to a hotmail
account or aol account, others work fine. using outlook
2000.

Hello,

With this little information, my guess would be that your domain is by one
or another reason not allowed to send emails to these servers. If you could
give us more information, we can maybe help you solve it.
