| Are you by chance running the ISA SMTP Message Screener or any other 3rd
party SMTP add-ins on the Exchange Server? If you are running the SMTP
message screener, try disabling it and see if this resolves your issue. If
it does then there is a hotfix for this known issue. You can call into
support to get a copy of the hotfix if this is the case.
