IIS and SMTP - mailmsg.h Missing

The samples for writing a SMTP sink include a header file named "mailmsg.h"
(among others). This file is not on my system. Does anyone know where it
comes from?

If you install Platform SDK, it includes mailmsg.idl. Running midl against
it will produce the mailmsg.h
