IIS and SMTP - SMTP is received but not delivered locally

SMTP is received but not delivered locally

Exchange server successfully receives SMTP mail from all
domains except yahoo.com and hotmail.com. In Message
tracking center I can see that they make it to the
Categorizer, but they are not delivered localy. Other
SMTP mail is received by the categorizer and successfully
delivered locally.

Any thoughts?

Do you see the mail in the Local Delivery Queue or any queues in your
Exchange System Manager? If so which one and what is the status on the
properties of the queue?
