Preventing Mail Spoofing

| Hi,
Is there a way in exchange 2000 to prevent mail spoofing..
currently anyone on our local lan can use the smtp server
to send email to a recipient (on our lan) and display
another email of another user as the sender... it doesn't
work externally as relaying is dissabled.. but internally
you can do it..
Any ideas??
Cheers
Rich.

| Sorry, the answer is no. This is the nature of SMTP protocol, not Exchange.
This can be addressed through the HR (internal policies, such as prosecuting
for forging mail etc).
