Author .h from .idl?

I need the mailmsg.h file for writing a SMTP filter but only have the
mailmsg.idl and mailmsg.dll files. Some one replied that I could create the
..h file from the .idl file using midl. I can't figure out the syntax
required to do this. Anyone know how to make midl create an .h file from the
..idl file?

Thanks.
