Author Enabling TLS on outbound IIS SMTP

I am trying to use TLS to send password reminder emails to one of our
clients that is requiring that TLS be enabled for this.

The client has TLS enabled on their end for incoming messages. I have
installed our SSL certificate and checked TLS for outbound emails.

The messages just sit there in the QUEUE. If I turn off TLS they go out.

Log Entries are as follows... NOTE: I replaced the IP address of the mail
system we are trying to connect to with IP ADDRESS
