Author disable all delayed delivery & failure notifications

I would like to disable all delayed delivery & failure notifications
generated by the Windows SMTP server. That way my queue will not be all
clogged up with delay & failure notifications to fictisous spammer
addresses. No specific setting for this in the SMTP virtual server config.

Thanks for any help
Craig
