a lot of email in queue folder

| Dear all:
For the security reason, I・m using IIS SMTP be my SMTP gateway, and I・m
using Exchange 2000. But there is a problem is that sometimes IIS SMTP will
stop send email (but can receive), and the queue folder will contain many
email files. All I can do is that restart SMTP service, or restart my
server.
Is it a IIS SMTP bug? Does anybody have same situation like me?

it would help more if you specify how much you mean with lots.
Anyway - I believe it is a SPAM Problem. Why dont you have a look at our
Aloaha (www.aloaha.com). It will reject all the junk so it cannot jam your
queues.

Dear Frank:
On that day, its about 20000~30000 emails in queue folder, and include send
in and send out emails. I think its not SPAM, all emails were all we need.
And I've check my IIS SMTP can't relay other domain's email, and no user can
use SMTP authentication to send email.

but they could be also NDRs which you cannot stop without
a good SPAM Filter
