Guys,

i have a problem with a 2003 install.

fully patched, iis and smtp running.

when the smtp service which is called upon from the website registration
sends confirmation to an email address.. if the address is invalid or for
any reason an invalid address entered, the smtp service will cause
inetinfo.exe to spike to 100%.. after i stop and start the smtp service it
will then once again restore to normal until once again an invalid address
is detected by the smtp service.

has anyone seen this or found a solution?
