Not sure if best place to post, but clutching at straws at the moment.

We have an application which allows you to email files out. We are using an
SMTP component to do this, so therefore, I assume, are bypassing any email
client software. We have a site where users are using OE and the email from
our app is fine. However we have 1 user who also has Outlook2000. If this is
his default mail client, he can't mail from our app. If he changes his
default to be OE, it works.

Help!
Any ideas.
