SMTP service is running, but does not appear in IIS Mgr

| I read a recent post that registered a DLL file to fix the above mention problem, but once I did so, nothing changed. I am running Server 2003 for Small Business Server, so I am using IIS 6 (if that makes a difference). Is there anything else I can do t
o fix this problem?
