Author SMTP NDR's

I noticed in the SMTP logs that the entries for the nissan-
usa.com mail servers look like this:
03:25:58 209.64.87.74 - - 0
03:25:58 209.64.87.74 QUIT - 0
When mail is successful, there is a line for HELO, MAIL,
RCPT, DATA, and QUIT. Any ideas?
