The IIS Admin service currently runs under the LocalSystem account. I
noticed that in ISA Server 2004, the web proxy service runs under the NT
AUTHORITY\NetworkService account. Could this be the case for future IIS
versions as well?

IIS 6. app pool identity by default is using this account.
