I have exchange 2000, sp3. messages are being delayed in
the outbox for a few minutes before being sent. This just
started occurring this morning. Nothing unusual in the
event viewer. I saw an article about message tracking,
and disabled message tracking, ran a few tests and the
problem seem resolved, but just a few hours later, it
reappeared.
