Win 2003 Enterprise Edition: NNTP Service
|
|
| Dumb Unix User 2004-04-15, 6:40 pm |
| With "Add Remove Programms" I installed every "Windows Compontent". But in
Internet Information Services Manager I do not have the GUI for configuring
the News Server, that mean it isnt installed. Also on Port 119 it doesnt
listen (nothing) - how can I install the NNTP Service? It is very urgent
Is this service not included in enterprise edtion? I have a book "Mastering
Windows 2003" and followed the instruction, but cannot find News Server.
thank you

and Try this -
Click the "Start" button, then "Run¡_" and type:
