Windows 2003, Mail Server Role installed, how to configure SMTP server

| Hi,
I just setup the "Mail Server" Role on W2003 Enterprise Edition with
multiple domains and mailboxes. I can receive mail; this part seems to work
great.
Now, I was going change my SMPT server configuration to:
- send all bad mail to myself
- add an allowed relay for one specific IP address,
- etc.
However, Windows seems to hide the SMTP Server snap in. At least I cannot
find it under IIS where it used to be.
Anyone an idea.
Thanks,
Andreas
