I'm having thsi error using CDO routine (in VB 6.0 and ASP) to send mail
from my Win03 IIS6.0 SMTP virtual server. The server to handle this task is
an Exchange 5.5. The error happened while the Exchange server is up and
running (with Outlook clients). I need to know what has caused the error and
how to fix it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

CDO.Message.1 error '80040213'

The transport failed to connect to the server.
