Hi, Just wondering if its possible to stop Windows 2000 IIS from generating
the control newsgroups when the server is restarted,
I am running a private news-server for about 200 people and whenever server
maintenance is done its a little annoying to have to go and remove the
control newsgroups every time the server is restarted..

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Jim.

The control groups are needed for NNTP to function properly. You can hide
it.
