I have Windows 2000 SP4 and Exchange 2000 SP3. When we
send an email to anyone an AOL, I get an NDR message. How
can we resolve this issue. I know it has to do with the
reverse lookup but don't know how to fix it.

To get reverse lookup to work, you have to work with your ISP and/or DNS
provider -- they need to change their DNS settings.
