IIS and SMTP - IIS Service Admin won't start

I have Windows 2000 and IIS 5.0. My services won't start for IIS.

could someone help!

Hello,
What error do you get when you try to start the IISAdmin and the World wide
web publishing services?? Try the following commands and let us know the
results:
"net start iisadmin"
"net start w3svc"
