IIS Virtual SMTP Server accepts outgoing mail but doesn't forward it??

I intsalled SMTP on XP Pro and configure Outlook client. The mail is
accepted but sits in the ./Queue folder forever. What am I missing
here?

Hi Stefano,

Make sure that the firewall does not block the outgoing emails and the DNS
settings are OK. The SMTP Service logs the delivery errors to the Windows
Event Log, you may also want to check that.
