How to simply drop bad address attempts

Windows 2003 Server Standard with IIS 6.0.

Is there a way to setup the SMTP service to simply drop bad address
attempts? No "delivery notification failure" should be sent.

Some spammers are attempting to send email to every possible name attached
to my domains. I'd rather my server not even acknowledge these, and simply
drop them.
