I am running windows 2000/IIS 5. For some reason the smtp service is sending
all non delivery emails to my business email address. Any idea how to stop
the non-delivery notifications from being sent (non-script), and also where
the server might be storing my email address?

Try the Messages tab of the SMTP Properties. There is a place to specify
where the NDR are sent.

Already looked at that, no email address is specified.
