IIS and SMTP - SMTP service Error

In our Organizataoin we are using windows200 prof as proxy server In this IIS
admin and SMTP services are not getting strarted when I try to start from
services console its desplayying error message as shown below

"The procedure entry point RTS Capturecontext Could not be located in
Dynamic link librery ntdll.dll"

when I press ok its again desplaying following Information "Could not start
SMTP service on local machine

Error 1068: The dependancy service or group failed to start.

what could be the problem howcan I rectify it.
