LDAP Routing in IIS 6.0 SMTP Service

Has anyone successfully setup LDAP Routing in IIS 6.0 SMTP? I'm looking for
a way for my SMTP server to do a lookup before it queues up the mail for the
local Exchange Server to pull from the DMZ. The SMTP server has a one-way
trust with the internal network forest so it can resolve user names.
