I have uninstalled and reinstalled the SMTP virtual server in IIS 6. The
SMTP service is installed but there isn't a virtual server in IIS. I've
stopped and started IIS, I've rebooted the server, I've uninstalled and
reinstalled again and stopped and restarted and still no virtual serve shows
up. Any ideas?

I found the answer in an older post. Look at KB 555030 it explains how to
manually register the smtpsnap.dll. Once that is done the SMTP virtual
server shows up in IIS.
