Karen,

Did you ever find an answer to this? I have the same problem and it is
driving me nuts.

I have load balanced IIS 6 and a JRUN cluster running ColdFusion.
Content is pulled from a SAN.

On two IIS servers I get prompted for a password on the admin folder
(just html files to do with the work admin team) and on the other
servers I don't.

Very very odd.
