Hello,
I would like to secure smtp connection to a perimeter server (not in my
internal domain), with user and password from my internal domain (active
directory). Could i make a ldap connection to my domain ? how ?

Thanks a lot !

Just so I have it straight, are you asking if there is a way to allow a SMTP
server, not on your network, to make secure ldap calls to your internal and
trusted AD environment?

If that's what you're after, 1) why? and 2) what is your security policy
regarding this type of traffic pattern? and 3) why? and 4) what requirements
do you have regarding "secure"? ie. what are you trying to protect against?

If you meant for your users to connect to the SMTP server not on your
network in a secure fashion, you'll have to define secure so we can better
understand your expectations.
