I have a new server running Windows Server 2003. I can not send out emails
from an asp application. Emailing works on my Win 2000 server. After some
fussing around I was able to have the emails 'stall' in the Queue folder. Can
someone lend assistance as to how to configure SMTP, IIS or whatever to
generate emails.

Likely a DNS problem, not an SMTP problem. But here's some links:
