IIS and SMTP - Mail format

Hoping this is an easy question. In W2K3Svr/IIS6 is there a setting in smtp
to force/set mail format to text or html or ...

AFAIK, that choice is the email client's to make. The SMTP server
doesn't attempt to process the user's message itself.
