Inetinfo.exe is taking 100% of CPU on first Message

Hello

I am having trouble with SMTP service on IIS6 server on Windows 2000
server with SP3. After receiving first message, the mail is moved to
'pickup' folder, immediately inetinfo.exe consumes 100% of CPU. The mails is
not sent to detsination address (within local domain).

Can anybody help in solving the problem?
