IIS and SMTP - Error Code 8004020E

Can someone please explain to me what goes wrong with this error code?

Error Type:
(0x8004020E)
Cannot modify or delete an object that was added using the COM+ Admin SDK

I have 2 forms which needed to be sent to 2 different email address. The
first form working fine, and when I try to apply the same technique to the
second form of mine, it gives me this error message, I can't figure out what
is wrong with it, can anyone help?
