Is there any means to throttle our smtp outbound server
that is win2003 smtp iis6 ? Is there any metrics out there
with respect to bandwidth usage when setting the connection
and message limits ? or a tool to simulate the bandwidth? I
switched from iis5 that was not opening enough connections
to iis6 which is opening too many when I have thousands of
emails to go out over a t1 link.. Thanks for any info.
