Author Valid Reply To Address?

I'd like to send out an email to customers but with a non existing reply-to
address.

Does anyone know if spam filters will reject emails with invalid reply-to
adress? I will have a valid from address but an invalid reply-to address.

Thanks

Ours will.

Use a valid address but set it up as an autoresponder. It's poor
ettiquette to use a reply-to that can't be replied to anyway. I've
dropped vendors for spamming me, and I've put permanent blocks on the
really annoying ones.
