Fix the remote system.

It didn't respond. You got the correct name resolution, it just
wouldn't accept a connection. The system may be down, it may be
configured for private access, it may be rejecting you because you're
using a blacklisted IP address. Any way you look at it it's not
something you easily have control over.

There is a possibility a firewall between you isn't passing port 25, I
assume you've checked that already.

Try:

HOW TO: Test Windows 2000 IIS SMTP Services Manually
http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;286421

HOW TO: Test SMTP Services Manually in Windows Server 2003

Now i have tried the testing guide (2003).
Everything went as suposed to.
Does this mean that my server is ok? - and
i have a blacklisted IP?

at last, i frount that Port 25 is block by ISP

I test it by using telnet

when i telnet to other Mail server on port 25 on the server, it can't connet
it only can telnet to the ISP's Mail server

and also i try this in my office, i can telnet to any Mail server.

Can you Telnet to port 25 and get a suitable response? Can you send
or receive from any account or just get denied by some? Typically if
you're blacklisted there will still be some sites you can send/receive
mail to/from.

In your SMTP server settings is a Mail Host field. Put the name of
the host as FQDN (mail.sample.com) or IP address in brackets
[192.168.100.1].
